Website enquiries

When you contact us, we process the name, email address, subject and message you provide to respond to your enquiry and protect our services against abuse. Messages are handled through our website services and company inbox. We do not send enquiry contents or contact details to TikTok.

Optional TikTok marketing

Only after you explicitly accept marketing, we load the TikTok Pixel (DBJMOO3C77U4J2JQQ2KG). TikTok receives public page-view events, page address and referrer, cookie and device identifiers, browser information and IP address for advertising measurement and ad optimization. TikTok may associate this information with its own users and process it internationally under its policies. Marketing remains disabled if you reject or have not made a choice, in every region.

We do not enable advanced matching or Events API, send customer identifiers, or report form submissions, messages or purchases. Private administration and sign-in pages are excluded. Pages with query strings, fragments or potentially sensitive referrers are excluded as a precaution. No previously blocked events are replayed after acceptance.

Your choice and withdrawal

Use Accept, Reject or Preferences in the privacy banner. Cookie settings at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice or withdraw marketing consent. Opening preferences does not change your current choice. Withdrawal is saved immediately and reloads the page to remove the TikTok script; other open tabs receive the same withdrawal. An applicable browser privacy opt-out overrides acceptance.

We store your choice in this browser’s local storage, together with a random visitor reference, timestamp, notice text and version, and choice history so earlier acceptance is preserved after withdrawal. No geographic permission is assumed. Clearing browser storage removes this record and returns marketing to disabled by default. TikTok may use its _ttp cookie after acceptance; withdrawal stops new sharing but does not recall information already lawfully sent. You can also manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through TikTok.

Existing website analytics

This website also uses Google Analytics (G-HJLLWHD5M1) to understand visits and page usage. It may receive page addresses, referrers, browser and device information, identifiers and approximate location. This existing analytics installation is separate from the optional TikTok marketing choice and has not been changed by this update. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
