By downloading, installing or using Neon Hop, published by Schatz & Schatz Co., you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Schatz & Schatz Co. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Neon Hop on a device you own or control.

The game is provided for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, resell, interfere with or otherwise misuse the game, its code or its advertising systems, except where applicable law expressly permits such an act.

Virtual coins, skins, scores and rewards exist only inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or other value, and do not represent ownership of property or any transferable right.

Virtual coins are currently earned through gameplay or through eligible rewarded advertisements. They are not purchased with real money.

Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is provided only when the qualifying advertisement is completed and the reward is confirmed by the advertising service.

The game may also display interstitial advertisements.

Third-party advertising services are governed by their own terms and policies, which operate independently of these Terms of Use.

All game artwork, code, branding, design and content are owned by or licensed to Schatz & Schatz Co.. No rights are granted other than the limited license described above.

Gameplay progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the application is removed, its storage is cleared, the device fails or the application changes.

Availability, features, game balancing, rewards, skins and advertising frequency may be changed when reasonably necessary, including for technical, legal or gameplay reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Schatz & Schatz Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of gameplay progress, or loss of virtual items arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Schatz & Schatz Co. may suspend or restrict access to the game or to reward features in cases of abuse, manipulation of rewards or advertisements, fraud, or violation of these terms or of applicable platform policies.

These Terms of Use may be updated. When an update is published, the new effective date will be posted on this page.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, including mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where those apply.
